Laura Myers is a Psychotherapist and Life Coach. She specializes in working with adults, couples, and families using a convenient and secure online platform.

Laura is licensed as both a Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She is certified in TeleMentalHealth and trained in Evidence-Based Therapies like CBT, Gottman Method for Couples, Applied Behavior Analysis, MAP, and Trauma Informed Therapy. She is an expert in the field of Family Therapy and holds supervisor level permits in both Child Development and Child-Parent Psychotherapy. In addition to psychological services, Laura is also certified as a Life Coach, specializing in helping adults achieve relationship and professional goals.

Laura has been a therapist for over 15 years and has experience working in behavioral health and community mental health settings. She holds therapy licenses in both California and Puerto Rico. In 2018, Laura started her own business and private practice; Myers Family Therapy.

In addition to Myers Family Therapy, Laura enjoys training and mentoring other mental health professionals, providing clinical supervision, teaching university level psychology courses, and developing community initiatives.
